Payment terms

Session payment is to be paid in full in cash during the treatment session.

If paying via BACs this needs to be done within 24 hours of the session or upon booking the session

This can vary depending on the session due to animal, treatment type and travelling distance.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the session is due to occur, 50% of the agreed session charge will incur.

If the session is cancelled 24 hours or less before the session or a client does not turn up, 100% of the agreed charge must be paid.
